i am wondering what kind of diet i need to be on for getting good cutting results with my winny v and deca. I am 5'10 230 and dont know my bf but wiould guess about 14-18%. I have been taking in around 100-150 grams of protien a day by mrp drinks and protien drinks bothh having very few carbs if any.I also take xendadrine. I was wondering how muc hmore protien should i take in if any? Please help and if my diet is all wron please help with with suggestions. I usaully eat chicken, tuna, salads, and potatoes. I drink plenty of water and do cardio. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks very religously now and was wondering if i was making mistakes so i could really help my cycle as soon as i start with winny v to cut up good for summer. ThANKS!!!

hey bro, find out your total cal. intake on avg. Your protein seems low for your weight, but let me tell you what i did to drop 4% body fat in 2weeks. I was taken in 200 grams of protein, 400grams of carbs, and 30grams of fat. I cut my carbs to about 100grams a day, and lowered my fat some, but i keep my protein high. I increased my cardio, from 3days to 5days a week. It worked for me, i also took rip fuel b/c my energy was so low due to my cal. intake. But just burn more cal, than you take in. Hey,
I have a good diet that my friend wrote up for me.(PT and nutritionist) High Protein Low carb.
If you, or anyone want it just E-Mail me and ill type it up...
Just also remember to do cardio 3-5 times a week. At your weight you should be taking a lil more protein, that seem's kind of low. Get atleast 1.5g of protein per lb.
Dont do the winny till you know for sure your atleast 10-15% bf.

1) Eat less calories than your body uses a day.
2) More exercise.
3) ECA stack will help speed things up.

I know it takes a while to drop the weight, but that's how it is. Just remember, you didn't put all the weight on in one day, it won't come off in one day (unless you're on crack, dnp, t3, shitloads of ephedrine & norephedrine... i think your heart would quit though...) good luck bro
