Whole mik cheeses, they are a life saver and some of the more exotic cheeses have less than 1g of carbs and some have none. There are a lot of different cheeses out there just look. Also experiment with seasoning your meats with different types of seasonsalts and shit. You can also eat some low carb veggies like Broccolie (sp) celery, ect. Go to articles on this site and look for calorie chart or something like that, it has tons of foods ranked by carb content. Hope this helps.

I ate alot of dansih recipies, like frikadeller (allmost like meatballs), and all sorts of meat, remember you can take some meat and mix it with an eag and some flouver and a bit of milk, and maybe a litttle onion and still get belov the 30g of carbs, and allso spieces is a life saver on the diet, i didnt have anyproblems at all, because when i saw the results, and what i could eat in the weekend, it keept me up.

Just got back from the store
picked up a few diff. cheeses and meats
i also got some beefjerky
I even picked up some porkrinds
i know the fat is bad but no carbs they have protein and taste like a carb. (just for a treat) if you eat them with cheese and meat almost like a cracker

What do you mean you know that the fat is bad? That is the whole idea behind the diet! 50-70% fat the rest protien!

The fat serves 2 purposes in a keto diet.
1.) Slowing down gastric emptying so the proteins don't cause an insulin release.
Especially if high amounts ofprotein are consumed in one sitting. Gluconeogenesis will likely occur causing an insulin response. That will kick you out of ketosis.
2.)To make up for the calorie deficit of a carbless high protein diet.
Not to mention how bad the diet would be without fat.

Last night i took my girlfriend to dinner for her B-day, My meal included 10 broiled shrimp, strip steak, 2 lobster tails.
It was very good, but it really sucked because no B-day cake for me.
Just used a Keto Strip again and i am still "IN" so i guess i am doing it right....
I think the ECA I am taking helps alot with dealing with no carbs.
