nope i have both war is more up to date and the info is bettter but even war is out of date now but there are not meny books written. IP: Logged |

I have the Underground Steroid Handbook II written by Duchaine. It is a great book, but it is kind of old. It does a great job of covering the basic steroids and how to use them. IP: Logged |
