NO ONE HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH ANY OFFENCE CONCERNING STERIODS IN MY PROVINCE. THEY ARE JUST AS HARD TO GET LEGALLY AS IN THE U.S. TO DATE OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS BEEN MORE CONCERNED WITH HARDER DRUGS. THANK GOD!!! REALLY THE ONLY THING WE CAN GET IS INJECTABLE B-12, EPHEDRINE INSULIN AND 222. IP: Logged |

Are you serious????? We can't get anything (legally) in Canada! You can't even get any good supplements here. Even the much overrated Muscletech products are not allowed. Guy at GNC told me that he can't sell anything with Chromium Picolinate in it. I think the only thing legal in this country is snow and taxes!!!! Pitbull IP: Logged |

Canada is a funny place, it's illegal to purchase, but not to posses. It's a weird place up here, just like prostitution is NOT illegal, but asking her how much IS illegal. Strange place, but i like it.

In Canada possesion of AS is legal! However , the enforcement and legal problems come in when you try to buy or sell it in But none the less if you somehow have the stuff in your house that isn't considered illegal. IP: Logged |

So, essentially what you have to do in Can. is just Trade back and forth, you know... ill mow your yard for a month and i get some Tabs... lol. You could like barter back and forth. wow. i bet that would piss some authorities off. Lets see, ill trade you 50 D-bol tabs for 5 pounds of optimum nutrition protien powder. lol ------------------ IP: Logged |

I just happen to have a copy of Martin's Criminal Code here AS in Canada are Schedule IV and it says that no person shall seek or obtain a Schedule IV drug. Possession is basically legal. Alot of mild pain killers and valium and stuff like that is schedule IV. Importing and exporting on the other hand is a different story. Risky business. I'll quote it right from the Criminal Code: S.6 (1) No person shall import into Canada or export from Canada a substance included in Schedule I,II,III,IV,V,orVI. (3) Every person who contravenes subsection (1): (c) where the subject matter of the offence is a substance included in Schedule IV or V, So basically it depends on what the crown wants to do. If it's your first offence they'd go by way of summary conviction and you couldn't get more than one year, probably you'd only get probation. But if you have a record they'd go for the indictable and you'd probably do some jail time. Sorry for the long post but I hope this was informative for you. BTW this is my first post here and I look foward to many more IP: Logged |
