![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey bro, I need your help here. I'm about to start week 3 of a 6 week cutting cycle and I wanted to start taking some T3. My question is, what should I do about my caloric intake when taking it? Right now I'm eating about 2100-2200 calories/day and I've been dropping fat pretty quickly. Should I keep my caloric intake them same or do I need to increase it a little? I'm afraid that if the T3 gets me burning much more than I'm taking in, then I'll start to lose muscle mass. Is this likely? How many calories do you think I should take in? I will also be taking clen at 120 mcg along with the T3. Thanks, IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() T3 will burn your muscle mass no matter what, the clen will help avoid that a bit but not as much as you'd like. Keep you calories the same and see how you feel. You may need to pop them up a LITTLE, maybe a few more carbs, but remember you're doing this to lose weight. IP: Logged |
