Guys,I recived a letter from U.S Customs,I made an order from overseas and they got it.This is part of the letter
The records of this office indicate that you might have an interest in certain property seized by customs (Don't doubt it) at JFK Airport on ----- 2000.The property was seized under the provisions of title 18,United States code,section 545,title 19,section 1595a(c) and title 21 , section 952 for violation of the Anabolic steroids control act of 1990 (21 usc 812(c). The act requires that you have authorization from United states attorney general for importation of this merchandise which is considered prohibited merchandise and subject to forfeiture.The property seized is described as follows:anabolic steroids which are considered a prohibited substance and therefore contraband.
and bla bla bla with 4 pages more.
They give me the options available to me concerning this seizure,of course I'm going to take the first.
1-You may choose to take no action.If you take no action,the custom service will seek to forfeit the property by administrative action in accordance with section 607,tariff act of 1930, as amended (19 u.s.c 1607 ) and section 162.45,title 19, code of regulations. In order to obtain forfeiture,the customs service must post a notice of seizure and intent to forfeit at the customhouse for three successive weeks.After that time,the goverment acquires full title of the seized property.The first notice will be posted on or about---- in building 77,fines,penalties & forfeitures, JFK airport,Jamaica,NY.

Well this is my first time.Does anyone experience the same.

Not too much,because my source split the order in diferences package,but I'm worry because I'm waiting another order with the same name and addy,they are going to get it too.

Did they already send it? Yeah, they're gonna get all that since your addy is flagged. You already knew that though.
So how much total are you gonna lose? Hopefully not enough for them to claim you as a dealer.
Do you think you'll get in trouble since they are gonna get more packages?

same thing happened to me. my order was split up also. got the exact same letter 2 days in a row. you'll get another set of letters in about 3-4 weeks giving you one last chance to try to claim your property. just forget about it, looks like they are not going to try to impose any penalties though, so that is good, better luck next time. get a domestic source bro, it works out a lot better.

Yes they send the order,My order was small just for my next cicle 20 botl of test propionate(this pack they got it)I recived some anabol,anadrol,clenbu,cytomel,clomid but I'm waiting for 20 amp of primobolan depot and 2 amp of pregnyl.

Find a domestic source, or move bro, mailing back the letter wiped in your shit just might piss them off enough to bust you, however I like the idea...hey FED'S GO FUCK YOUR SELVES...
