![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I tried it and it really didn't do shit for me. I might have put on 2lbs but that was most likely from training than from cycling my protein. I'm assumning you are talking about cycling as described in one of the Testosterone.net back issues. I think it is a waste of time and energy!!! IP: Logged |

It may make some sense if you are thinking of a shock-effect for the body by varying your training routine and regimen but I would ensure that I obtain necessary proteins from a variety of sources.
