![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I changed my squat form today and it was killer. I can't do heavy weight at all because I have a really bad left knee so I usually just throw a plate and a quarter on each side. But I cant go down far. So today I just used a plate and went down as far as I possibly could (I'm talking ass at ankles or very close) and the shit is KILLER. I've always been more of a form over weight kinda guy but this is extreme. One set and my legs were like jello, after 3 sets I couldnt walk without shaking. Yea, bring on the I'm a pussy for light weight jokes, but the hell with it. FORM OVER WEIGHT!! ;-) IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() agreed, without proper form you r just wasting your time and looking at a possible injury, get your form down and gradually move the weight up!! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think you should be congradulated for not letting your knee injury be an excuse not to do sqats like so many people do. IP: Logged |
