HEY BROS,
I need help with an arm routine. My arms are inferior to the rest of my body. I have a 52 inch chest with only 18 inch arms. I blast them harder than any other body part and they dont grow like I want. I train each body part once per week and seem to respond to that, but I am thinking of training arms twice per week. Any ideas on a routine and frequency?

Kane, I had the same problem with my arms last year, I was stuck at 17 and they wouldnt budge. My problem was that I never changed up my routine week to week so my arms got used to my training, try changing up your routine, not so much with the amount of weight but with the exercises you do, variety is the spice of life, try to incorporate some different one s into your routine and watch yourself grow. Also I dont know if you do but try keeping a journal with you at the gym, that way you can look at what you r doing week to week. hope this helps, my arms went from 17 to 19 in about a month (w/o juice) doing this! later

Its been my experience that most guys fail to train their tri's hard enough. I don't care how many curls you do, you will never get that full muscle head unless your tri's are there too. I train bi's 2 times per week, one dedicated to bi's and the other as kind of 'an also trained' routine. YOu can get some incredible growth by performing reverse grip curls with a machine, mail me if you need the details.

Like SigChi said, change up your routine, and maybe more importantly, work your arms first, before the major muscle groups. (chest, back)

More of the same. Change it up and shock the muscle. You might even try the Arnold method and do 30 sets of nothing but straight bar curls and/or nose breakers. It will take you a week to get over the workout but the arms will either fall off or grow!
