IM TRYING TO DEVELOP THE OUTER CHEST AREA, TO OBTAIN THAT ORB LIKE PROFILE, ITS THE ONLY THING IVE BEEN NEGLECTING IN MY CHEST ROUTINE, THAT SEMI-CIRCLE PART THAT PROTRUDES FROM THE FRONT DELT, DOWN TO THE BI-CEPT, I READ IN ARNOLD S. ENCLY OF B.B THAT DECLINE FLYS ARE THE WAY TO DO THIS, ANY INFO AS TO EXERCIZING THIS AREA? ------------------ IP: Logged |

I think you should hit the flys alot/pec deck. I personally love cable flys, but you might like to use the free weights more. I can usually get a better pump on cables. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i think the simplest way is go wide on your grip and full range of motion, get that deep stretch in your delt-pec tie-ins. my problem is my inner pecs are lacking at the moment. so time to switch. tri ------------------ IP: Logged |

When I started lifting someone told me that if I used a realy wide grip on the flat bench I would develope power. I dont know about power but my chest is like a "v" from the front and I owe it to the super wide flat bench. IP: Logged |
