should i lift twice a day on juice and should i lift one muscle a week if any one knows good work out would appreciate it

you could lift twice a day if you were trying to lose fat. if you are using i would think that you are trying to gain some mass and strength. you might want to take a look at www.t-mag.com since charles poliquin wrote an article about training twice a day. just check their archives for your topic

If your lifting more than about 4 days a week then twice daily is probably too much even on AS

I work out five days a week, twice a day. In the AM I hit abs and delts and forearms.

Never had it affect my gains.

I would say no. Work each bodypart once a week. You will be able to work out harder while you are blocking pins with your ass, therefore, your muscles need time to grow and repair themselves.

I THINK THAT ONLY YOU KNOW IF ITS TOO MUCH, DO YOU FEEL OVER WORKED? FATUGUED?
I WOULD JUST DO CARDIO IN THE MORNINGS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH, GO HOME EAT REST AND DO WEIGHT TRAINING AND NIGHT.
