Is there an anabolic I can take while on low calories. I have never been a big eater. I consume 3500 cals a day (and that is on a good day). I just do not like to eat much. IP: Logged |

There is nothing I know of. High calories is required for all anabolics I know of to work. There are things out there you can take to increase your apetite but I can't remember the names though. I don't have a problem with not eating enough so I don't know a lot about this. Hope this helps. IP: Logged |

I wouldnt sweat it much. Sometimes even eating a lot the gains come slow and then pow, i miss a couple of days at the gym and eat less and the growth starts~! True better diet and cals are musts but what you sacrifice in a little size you reap in some mass, hardness and definition! IP: Logged |

What's your stats? 3500 cals is probably ok as long as they are clean calories. I really can't talk from an experienced user point of view yet <wink>, but Primo Depot has been written about on several other sites to help maintain and grow muscle while on a restricted calorie intake. B-12 seems to kick my appetite up and I to really have trouble eating as much as I should. IP: Logged |
