I bought some liquid creatine a while back.. Is it as effective as the powder?

You can get a 5 oz bottle which is equal to 30 servings for $29. You only have to take it on the days you work out.

unless whoever made the creatine has solved the problem of creatine in liquid being transformed into creatinine then what you're taking is useless shite.

creatine is shaky when it is in water. It loses its stability after like one day
