Hey Matty,
I already did answer this, and if I remember correctly, so did others. Sorry you didn't get 40 responses but don't fuckin flame me for it. All you need to do is BUMP your message. When I was a newbie everybody said not to repost. Nobody likes to see the same fuckin question twice, especially by the same person.

Low incline fly's (5 degrees)- slow and heavy are good. Cable fly's are good if done correctly...and the mighty bench press will do you good.

Try using dumbells if you haven't already.. (bench)

I take pride in my outer chest because its one area i seem to have more of. I really like flys, especially incline flys. I never do decline flys, but they would probably help. also, when you do the flys go deep as hell, and use a spotter. Try lifting up your head from the bench when you are as low as you think, this will allow you to drop even farther, then slowly squeeze your hands back up, rotating your pinkies towards each other as you bring the dumbells up!
GOOD LUCK

I think that doing deep dips with you head up and chest out would work good. As long as the emphasis is on your chest and not on your tris.

im sum what in the same boat, try incline flys on a cable machine, and do higher reps 10-15. that should help you define that area alittle more. also if your not doing any cardio add some in.

I'm with DRRman on this one. Go deep on incline flys .. you really know you've worked your outer chest when you wake up the next morning.

Could be I'm just different, but what I really are Dips with the chest way out and taking them all the way down. Seems to hit all of the outside of the pec top and bottom. Flyes ofcourse are always a staple.

I agree with most of the bros here.

Incline Flyes, go deep and push your chest out to increase the stretch.

I also advocate major stretching in between sets and during the week's rest,
less resistance for the muscle fascia to extend and grow. (in theory)

there is no way to develope the outter chest because the chest is divided in to upper and lower. the shape of your upper and lower chest muscles are determined by genetics. sorry to bust anyone's bubble but thats just the way it is
