what exercises to you all use to get the
tear drop in the lower lat? I have some but it not as thick as the rest of my back. any idea?

ok firsti have to say that back is my strongest side, grows by looking at the weights, but one thing for me is the deadlift, it gives me that look in the lower back.

another thing i like to do is preexhaust the lat with pullowers (maybe standing with the lat machine) followed by reverse closegrip pulldowns.

another is standing barbell rows like Yates do it with a undergrip, loves moving 200 pounds on that one in relly strict style, that makes the huge guys stare, im really strong on this one
