What's up gents? I need some help on the topic of sleep. I am currently 8 wks out bodyweight is 207 and bodyfat is 9%. I cannot get a good nights sleep. The usual piss breaks happen, but it seems that my body doesn't want to sleep. I know that it is not from the clen cuz it started before I started that. Try Melatonin, or Valerian Root. Not sure of the dosages, on either. If ya looking for something stronger, ask your Doc for Adavan(SP?), just be careful it can be habit forming. Good luck bro hope this helps a little anyway. Plates IP: Logged |

I am the God of Insomniacs and have tried everything from GHB to Valium...but have found the best product on the market at the moment is Sonata. It is VERY easy to get a prescription for because it is non habit forming, thus doctors have less hesitations. I got a script in 10 minutes, I just told him that I was stressed on the job and couldn't sleep. Try it. IP: Logged |

I get major insomnia when I'm on cycle and it pisses me off! But, I found what works for me! GHB is good sometimes, but after about 4 hours I wake up and I'm wide awake and then completely mind-fucked for the rest of the night. Melatonin and Valerian Root seem to work very well as a combination. Try 3mg of melatonin with 2 tablets of valerian root 1 hour before you want to go to sleep. If you still can't sleep, try a little GBL or GHB to get you to sleep and if you wake up in the middle of the night, the melatonin and valerian root help you fall right back asleep. It works every time for me. If you find your heart racing when you try to sleep (from ECA, clen, or just plain old nerves), put a few Kava Kava's to help your muscles and the rest of your body to relax along with the above. If you try all that, and you still can't sleep (you can safely go up to 4 or 5mg melatonin a night no prob), then go see your doctor! I hope that helps... IP: Logged |

make sure you take clen before 2pm. also have less fluid after 6pm. i used to stay awake after my toilet trips. dont go for unnatural remedies,you can get hooked later bro !!! IP: Logged |
