I recently went down to mexico and purchased sustanon 250. When I went to inject it I stuck the needle in the upper outer fourth of my ass. When I went to check for blood by pulling back on the needle I didn't get any so I proceeded to inject. Then when I pulled the needle out, blood squirted out from the injection sight and then it stopped soon after. I don't see that much of a reason to worry but the time I did it before, no blood came out. Should I be worried and if so, what are the proper steps I should take. IP: Logged |

I had that happen about a month ago. My guess is that you shot up a little too far out on the quad(that was my problem). Change the site an inch or so in. Try pulling your cheek with your free hand and reach back as far as you can, find a comfy area and stick with that region. And the 20g. needles arent that bad just have them greased w/ a couple drops of the sust. before injecting. I swear you guys cry so much about those needles, its all in your heads, they dont even hurt, go buy some tissues. IP: Logged |

You don't need to draw the needle back to check for blood. If blood come out, just stop it with a wet alcohol cotton swab. ------------------ IP: Logged |

The odds of actually going i.v. are extremely unlikely in your glutes. Can't hurt to draw back but if it was really a hit you would see red without drawing back. Just hold a alc. wipe tight for a few seconds so you dont ruin your underwear IP: Logged |
