I have been trying to figure out this question for a long time. Let's say you use juice to grow past your genetic potential. If you go natural can you still maintain a higher level of mass or are the drugs needed to retain the mass past your genetic potential. I have read that you will have more mass if you use juice and stop then if you never used juice at all.

I've read that while drugs may help you reach your genetic potential, you will need to use drugs (even if just periodically) to maintain muscle that's past your genetic limits. I could be wrong, but if I am, I know you won't be able to maintain much at all above your natural limits without some "unnatural" assistance.

One reason that I brought this up is because in musclemag they said that if Dorian were to go clean and compete naturally he would probably go and compete at about 230, instead of his normal 280, and destroy the competition. It was Zulak who wrote it and I know how a lot of guys feel about Zulak, although I feel he has quite a bit of knowledge in this field.

you'll definitely be at a new weight after a steroid cycle and the inevitable decrease from the peak. How much is too complicated to detail but im sure obvious to most. BUT-
the body is an infinitely complicated thing.
I offed gearing for 4 years and slowly but surely even with regular training and weight gains and losses, the overall original gains saved while on slowly dropped and i approached my original pregear state. Needless to say, i went back. you have to use, even albeit moderately from time to time to retain. My experiences.

I trained for years and stayed the same weight ,then took AS and even after a layoff from the gym I never returned to my pre AS weight again.

When you go off a/s you will keep more
mass than you had without a/s. The
reason the pros lose so much has alot to do
with diet. They just don't want to eat that
much to stay 300lbs.
