I read in the Anabolic Diet book that if you are on a cyclic ketogenic diet that you will have better results from a cycle of gear than if you are on a normal diet. This sounds like bs to me. Does anyone have any experience with this???

doesn't the anabolic diet do something to your insulin levels. shut them down for 5 days, then on high for 2, etc. if so then you should get some difference. i don't know how big though.

The problem with juice and a keto diet is the low IGF levels associated with it during the 5 days of no carbs. Even though you are eating high carbs for 2 days, I would imagine that continuous carbs would create a better anabolic environment. I have talked to someone who used juice with Anabolic diet and he said he had to eat alot, but he did gain 25lbs with little fat increase.
