hi there, I read that coconut butter oil is really good as it softens and gives moisture to the skin
Hope that helps

Don't know about getting rid of them, more of a maintenance game, try cocoa butter, apply often. I have had success MINIMIZING them some, but I think once they are there, its permanent.

stretch marks are good sign of growth but too many can make you look bad.. i happen to have alot of strecth marks and it pisses me off sometimes but hey sometimes thats what we have to do.. go to a dermatologist and ask for some cream thats about all you can do.

stretch marks are part of the game.
I heard a while back Dr's were testing Retin-A for the marks. Its a cream for acne.
be safe

there's just something trivially amusing about listening to guys whine about stretch marks. Once you got 'em, you got 'em for life. I've noticed that they seem somewhat reduced as the skin shrinks, but that only applies when you're losing weight. Anything that keeps your skin supple and elastic (ie. lotion and the likes) is the best for treatment and prevention. I would stay from creams that contain vitamin E as E promotes scarring.

Hell yeah!

Tanning helps reduce the appearance somewhat.

After some research, I have started with this "cycle"(lol): Lotion with vit. E, vit.A and avocado oil. + Add some zinc to your diett at least 15 mg extra a day.
I'm trying out this now(first week), so I don't know the results of it yet, but my mark are getting brighter.

F-ck! Does vitamen E really promote scarring? I just finished rubbing it all over my strech marks. I heard it was the best thing you could do for them, along with coco butter.

Mine still look as bad as when I first noticed them and the worst ones have been there for two years. Yeah, that's not a long time, but my point is they don't fade all that slowly. Honestly though, it's kinda inspiring sometimes to see that you're growing faster than your skin!

Vitamin E does not promote scarring, it helps with scarring. You must be mistaken.
