Abdominal muscles, How do you get the best growth during bulking cycle? What is the best way to work them? I have heard different things, and have never been able to get the growth I have wanted. Thanks IP: Logged |

Before the juice I was doing abs 2 days a week and all I did was a triple-set of cable crunches/sit-ups/lying leg raises. I did 4 sets of that. Did it for about 3 years with never any increases. Then with the juice, I started noticing getting some good pumps in my abs like never before. Then I figured as long as I am trying to bulk up here, I'm just going to do 4 sets of cable crunches, adding weight each set, and 4 sets of vertical leg raises - no more supersets until I get ready to cut. My cable crunches have gone up about 30/40 pounds since I started to do this, So you might give it a try. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Charles Poliquin claims abs are best developed with low reps and heavy weight. But I would do both. LP IP: Logged |
