Hey fellow juicemonkeys, be carful not to fuck up you shoulders. Once you lose them you cant do nothing with weights. They are too unpredictable and sensitive like a bitch. Always warmup and stretch shoulders. If you feel a pain or strain in the shoulder area, go really light or stop shoulder work alltogether for a while. You dont wanna lose your pretty delts. LaytaH

yeah especially when you are on a cycle you muscle is growing so much that you ligaments and tendons cant keep up so there is a greater chance of injury cause you can go alot heavier

Check this out. Something I've found that helped out sore shoulder joints was glucosamine sulfate and MSM. Short of deca, I think this stuff works pretty well for sore joints. Waaaaay cheaper than deca too.

I agree 100%. Shoulders are a very fragile part of the body and there are so many ways that they can be injured it isn't funny.

I'm much more careful then I used to be and it helps preservve the joints when you stretch , eat right , and train properly. Not to mention giving your joints a rest once in a while.

Be very careful with your shoulders , knees and wrists. Without them you cannot train properly.

Our shoulders were designed by an idiot! They were made in such an idiotic way, i hate the shoulder joint, i am the king of shoulder pain.

I hate shoulders

I lover training them and big shoulders are incredible, the joint is just crap!

I hope none of you guys complaining about shoulder pain are still doing behind the neck presses. That exercise is the "shoulder killer".

Behind the neck presses are a shoulder killer? I don't think so. I have done them since day 1. Bench presses kill more shoulders than anything. Sloppy form and training to heavy for too long is what kills shoulders. I believe in cycling rep ranges, 4-8 for 3 weeks, 10-15 for two weeks. High reps give your tendons, ligaments, etc a rest. Training heavy all the time is just asking for trouble.
