I have been using 35mg a day of Thai Anabol (legit product) but have not gained any strength in my bench/squat etc although my muscles feel much fuller and look bigger. I have always been fairly strong but I wondered has anyone else noticed this.

there is alot of fake thai anabol floating about at the moment. Dont be surprised if your using some.
Without a doubt the best dianabol available at the moment is the naposim from romania.

Dude, if you are taking 35mgs a day and it has been more than a week and a half, it is fake. Have you noticed increased pumps and hardness during your workouts?? You should notice that first, then the gains start to come. For me, it took 10 days to really start to notice.

like vdevil said. I started getting awesome pumps on day 2. I didn't want to leave the gym. I did about 16 sets of biceps (way too much) and was still going strong, and like the man said, 10 days later, strength/weight gains. I was taking 30mg/day. Yours may be fake...

Sorry my original post was vague to say the least. I have been on for 3 weeks, my pumps have been excellent and I can always get 1 more rep. The blood really fills the muscles and after training they are full to bursting I do not think it is fake as I have done the tests.

if you can always get one more rep, your strength is climbing. maybe it's just coming
a little slower because your calories are to
low or not enough aminos in your diet. post an example of what you eat on an average day.

The Thai anabol and Jelfa metanabol are
the best.Are you stacking with anything?
If you are getting better pumps and more
size(your muscles look fuller) your
strenghth should be going up shortly.

I'd say if you can ALWAYS get one more rep, your not lifting enough. I always keep my reps low and with enough weight that I can barely get that last rep up. Lift heavy and hard and to failure.

take more protien and carbs dont worry about puting on body fat.
