![]() ![]() ![]() A bench shirt is used by powerlifters usually in powerlifting meets. Usually advertised by Inzer and Titan in Powerlifting USA magazine. Its a very tight shirt that when put on squeezes your upper body so your chest and shoulders feel like springs to better the lift. They also have deadlift and squat suits. With all the suits and shirts you must be properly fitted. [This message has been edited by jocko (edited April 14, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The two most popular shirts are Franz and Inzer. I am sponsored by both. They improve your lift by 20-50lbs depending on your technique. There are different thickness layers and so on. They protect your shoulders and allow powerlifters to continue to lift heavy weight with minimal chance of injury. IP: Logged |
