A buddy of mine went on AS for awhile and after he came off experienced joint pain in the shoulders and elbows. Ended up gettin cortisone shots in those joints(ouch!)Big ass long needles. Why does that happen? Is there anything I(Imean he)could take to protect the joints? IP: Logged |

Yeah, I have been taking an anti-inflammatory called day-pro. I have been having some pain in one of my shoulders after my chest workout. I am also ending a cycle. The day-pro seems to help. I'm sure any DR. would prescribe you some, tell em you've had back pain or something IP: Logged |

I get the same pains only mine come half way throuh a cycle. Elbows and wrists. later IP: Logged |
