Wait until the end of your cycle unless you are experiencing gyno or extreme side effects from test. Nolvadex will fight with your receptors and cut your potential gains up to 50%!!! I know from experience. I was on an awesome cycle last year and I was so worried about gyno, etc.. that I took nolvadex throughout the cycle. This was a big mistake. I was taking 400mg decca, 250mg Testex, 250mg sustanon, and 200mg primabolan per week (and 50mg of Anadrol-50 for the first 20 days). I didn't experience any major weight gain. In fact I went from 5'10, 210 lbs at 13% bodyfat to 205 lbs at 8% bodyfat. Yeah I was ripped and strong as hell (benching 465, which after my third cycle is the most I've put up), but I wasn't showing up on satellite imagery like I wanted to. This was a winter cycle and I wanted MASS, not to get ripped. The moral of the story is, if you want to get BIG, save the nolvadex until the end of your cycle or if you start experiencing gyno! BASED ON MY RESEARCH , NOLVADEX Is Tamoxifen Citrate is used as an anti estrogen. It will stop gyno. Comes in 10mg tabs. Bad effect: Makes steroids work less! Only use it if you really need it. Have been conected to testicular cancer in rat studies(oocchh). Dose: 1-2 tabs a day . in other words you dont take it unless you have symtoms of gyno, (sore puffy nips), other wise it will hinder your gains, take clomid throughout cycle as a preventative, and if gyno symptoms accur then immediatly take nolvadex. ------------------ IP: Logged |
