![]() ![]() ![]() THIS IS MY FIRST CYCLE KEEP IN MIND. I'M IN MY 3RD WEEK OF AN 8 WEEK CYCLE OF TEST ENATHATE. AFTER THIS, I AM GOING TO START DECA AND DO THAT FOR 4 WEEKS. I HAVE SOME CLOMID TOO. I AN 5'10", BEFORE I STARTED I WEIGHED 143, NOW I WEIGH 152. AFTER THE DECA AND THE TEST IS OVER, HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I EXPECT TO KEEP AS LONG AS I KEEP WORKING OUT HARD AND EATING A LOT???? If you check those aspects and you are following the rules with it and you lose everything, then you need to check what you eat. You may eat a lot, but if you eat fast food everyday and not "clean", you'll lose it. And again, you might need to check your training, it might be consistent and intense, but are you doing the exercises correctly? Are you actually working the muscles you are intending to work with correct form and posture? There are a whole lot of aspects to it.
