![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1.)im going to hit the clen at 1 week on 1 week off, start out at 1 tab then add 1 every day till the desired amount, was thinking of using winny w/ it, maybe 75mg eod. i will be swolling the stuff(should the dosage be the same as injection?) 2.)will i build muscle off the winny eating only 2000calories a day @ 250g protien? ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Trey, I dont' like the 1 week on 1 week off, i like to go three weeks or more on clen until your body temp drops, then hit the eca. It just works better for me. The winny are you taking it just to preserve muscle or to help you put on some weight? I fit's just to preserve then 150 a week is fine. You dont need more than that. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() All the indication of your cycle seem to point to the fact that you are trying to cut down some fat- a reduced calorie diet, clen usage, winny usage. You cant put weight on at the same time. Unless your a beginning lifter putting on size, strength while reducing bodyfat is extremelly difficult if not impossible. You must choose which direction your heading in, are you going for mass or cutting down? Do one for a while then switch your diet, drugs, lifting and cardio accordingly.
