I'm currently on an EQ only cycle and I'm trying to gain lean muscle mass. I've gained 8lbs so far in 5 weeks which is good for me and what I want. But in your opinion, what do you think is a good carb/protein ratio? Thanks IP: Logged |

Roughly: carbs until you shit Bro, you've got to get at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight. And don't carb deplete either - eat eat eat, and then worry about getting ripped off cycle. Matt IP: Logged |

Try a three to one...or four to one ratio of carbs to protein..and if you can get more protein in there..all the better. Later, WCP IP: Logged |
