Well, my abs are finally starting to protrude but the upper abs are much bigger than my lower abs (since most muscle building exercises target the upper abs)- what are some good ways to pack some muscle onto my lower abs? Are leg lifts with weights on my ankles the only way? IP: Logged |

There is no such thing as lower and upper abs. You work all of them whenever you do an ab exercise. Although, you could sculpt your lower abs by doing hanging leg lifts. ------------------ IP: Logged |
