![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well, my abs are finally starting to protrude but the upper abs are much bigger than my lower abs (since most muscle building exercises target the upper abs)- what are some good ways to pack some muscle onto my lower abs? Are leg lifts with weights on my ankles the only way? IP: Logged |
