Probably my biggest mistake ever was that at age 17 i thought it would be a good idea to deadlift every workout. It didnt matter what bodypart i was doing. I was on a football program, lifting 3 times a week, but i just incorporated deads every time. It was dumb, and i was so overtrained, but at 18 i was able to dead 525, and now i can get 565 for 6. Hey Quad I have done somthing like that , I used to squat 2 a week same routine as heavy as I could I did 5 work sets of ten I hurt me ankle playing some black top basketball and took about 2 weeks off from squat to let my anle heel.. when I started squating after the lay off my squat went through the roof .. that when I figured out that is was very easy to overtrain and not know it

One big mistake I made was at the beginning of this year. I was training 7 days a week, training heavy every day. I didn't realize the importance of rest. Now I only go five, maybe six days a week, but the sixth day is pretty much just cardio and abs. It was probably the first piece of information I actually used off this board. Aw damn, now I'm gettin teary eyed.hehe..... Hey livin big, thanks for the pic!hehe..
