![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah- can't argue with those power movements. Shrugs are good if you can do them correctly. Most people either lift with their arms, or their whole body- vice shoulders. One bodybuilder reported that shrugs are some of the hardest exercises to do correctly. I don't know about that, I see a lot of fools loading up on the weight to build up their traps and lift with their arms, or on the hammer strength shrugs- they push up with their legs....defeats the purpose don't you think? Isolate them as best as you can with shrugs, and they should grow. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I always super-set my benching with behind the neck lat pulls, and use a light enough weight to put alot of stress on the traps.... I've really built them up doing this, along with barbell shrugs ss with dumbell shrugs, straight up and down....I do these on seperate days...... IP: Logged |
