Ive seen the ads and a friend of mine had a small one. Also saw a Bruce Lee movie and he had them hooked up to his body. Do they work? Hell as much we spend on gear I would mind adding something else if it works.

No, I like lifting too much. Sounds like a form of torture. But then again, so is legs day.

No they suck I bought one an all it is good for is stimulating your muscles you aren't going to get a pump except from the bill after you realise its only good for a doorstop!

I picked up an old (80s) electromuscle stimulator at a hospital auction made by Dynawave probably cost 10K new... the thing is about the size of a big microwave and has 50 times more settings and levels than the ones that they sell in the magazines..... hell i wanted to build abs while i was watching tv too...... it is very helpful with injury recovery .. when i screw my back up squatting it cuts my recovery time in half... same with a shoulder injury i had ..... because there is no resistance to the muscle while being electrically stimulated it is not likely to grow as they claim in the ads...... so pretty much worthless in my opinion as far a gains go....

Damm this ECA stack is really making me ramble..

Ya, I agree with ya vexed. Its not worth squat, after the first couple wks, you get sick of using it. Although I never used it through a cycle

...breasts/ nipples dont have any muscles to twitch so it really doesnt do anything.....there are other places that have effect but you better keep the voltage on the ablolute lowest setting or you will lose your exploratory privlages and probably your freind too.... guess this dosent have anything to do with AS ....but good to keep in mind
