I have been trying and trying to get in a controlled enough position to inject my glute but I don't think its going to happen. This is only 1cc of sust we're talkin here, so my question is how dangerous would this be. I've read all sorts of posts concerning this but I think I need a little more encouragement. I give myself Sust/Deca shots in my thighs twice a week. I've never had any problem whatsoever, and my thigh doesn't get as sore as my glute. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I Inject into my thighs. No brusing and no to very little bleeding. Not to flame anyone on here but some people dont know how to inject. I never have any pain with injections of course I know how to do it text book style. This goes for thigh injections delt injections and glute injections. IP: Logged |

Sust injected alone is going to hurt like a bitch so if you have some deca or eq I would recommend it. Other than that there is no problem with shooting it in the quad. If you need a diagram go to 2thic site. LIVE MASSIVE DEMAROID IP: Logged |
