I am going to try 50% C 40%P 10%F making sure i'm getting about 2gms protein per lb of bodyweight. Also, after training taking in about 2 grms of carbs per kg of bodywieght in liquid form and again 2 hours after but in solid food form

High quality calorie intake 500-700 cal. above your bmr. Try a 3:1 or a 4:1 carb/protein ratio. Vary your protein sources, i.e. between white and red meat. Cut all carbs out of your diet after 9pm, and just go with protein there if you want the extra calories..or a protein shake before bedtime.
As sad as it is, fat and muscle go hand in hand, so you wont be able to avoid putting on some fat while bulking up. But if you eat clean, then thats less to lose later.
This always works like a charm for me.
Later,
WCP

First, if you want to grow, you need to keep your protein intake high. If you eat 6 times a day, which you should, make sure you are taking in about 40 grams of protein per sitting. Keep your carbs clean. Cut out soda and candy, and cut out all sugar. Leave one day a week to eat what you want.

As far as cardio is concerned, I do it everyday to keep my bodyfat down. Remember the only way to get cut depends on what you eat and not how much cardio you do. You know, that hard, lean look?

Remember that all AS is anti-catabolic, so when you do AS, your body has no choice but to burn the fat.
