![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey bros, just got back from the gym and I feel GREEEAAAAAAATTTT. Got a killer chest workout! Man, I hate to praise any drug but FUCK I LOVE JUICE, I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT YEARS AGO. I am growing like a weed. Here's a first week wrap up: gained 12 lbs - not more than 2 can be water since face is still gaunt and I can still see abs. Arms are totally pumped and that bi vein is bursting out. Also today I gained 20 more lbs 10 more plbs on bench. FUCKKKKK.... I love these little pink fruity pebbles. Nectar of the Gods!
SHIT, I love this. That's dangerous since I never do anything in moderation. Disclaimer - to all you young virgins on the fence, don't let me persuade you either way. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() thx for the words bros. Komodo, I am at the gym at 12am (live in L.A.) It is hard to do it when you wake up at 7 am but when it comes times to go I start to get pumping again and the rush of training keeps me going. The bad side is I stay pumped up afterwards and it makes it hard to get to sleep. As for the routine, I change it up all the time and keep it simple - basic exer's. Sometimes I do all barbell's, others I do all dumbs, sometimes I mix. I think that's the key. Keep the muscle wondering what's coming. later bros sp IP: Logged |
