Hey bros,

just got back from the gym and I feel GREEEAAAAAAATTTT. Got a killer chest workout! Man, I hate to praise any drug but FUCK I LOVE JUICE, I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT YEARS AGO.

I am growing like a weed. Here's a first week wrap up:

gained 12 lbs - not more than 2 can be water since face is still gaunt and I can still see abs. Arms are totally pumped and that bi vein is bursting out.

Also today I gained 20 more lbs 10 more plbs on bench.

FUCKKKKK.... I love these little pink fruity pebbles. Nectar of the Gods!


BTW - everyone is breaking my balls. My friends are sayin I'm on the shit. They are going by me and doin the shot in the leg thing. I just laugh. The girls are calling me huge. One foxy girlie grabbed my bi today and was going "oooo, they are sooo hard." I had to bite my tongue to keep from sayin that wasn't the only thing.

SHIT, I love this. That's dangerous since I never do anything in moderation.

Disclaimer - to all you young virgins on the fence, don't let me persuade you either way. Wait till post cycle and see if I am still this happy. THEN you can run out and jump on the juice machine! LOL

Good going! Not do burst the bubble for the 12lbs you have put on but most of that has to be water. Muscle just doesn't grow that fast. Keep training hard!

Dude, what are you doing at the gym at 3:00AM. I wish I had a job that let me keep those kind of hours.

Komodo, I am at the gym at 12am (live in L.A.) It is hard to do it when you wake up at 7 am but when it comes times to go I start to get pumping again and the rush of training keeps me going. The bad side is I stay pumped up afterwards and it makes it hard to get to sleep.

As for the routine, I change it up all the time and keep it simple - basic exer's. Sometimes I do all barbell's, others I do all dumbs, sometimes I mix. I think that's the key. Keep the muscle wondering what's coming.
