Bro's, I got interested in Tribestan, which is made by Sopharma (Bulgaria) a week or so ago, when I received a carton of the stuff. Tribestan, which comes in pill form (60 pills per box), is a standardized extract of Tribulus terrestis L. After reading Sopharma's web site (http://www.tribestan.com/index.html) I'm led to believe it's great and wonderful stuff. (I usually feel positively about drugs that keep the libido high, the whanger standing at attention, and without side effects...). I've also read the stuff on Tribex-500, the benefits of which t-mag.com regularly espouses. It's supposed to be good for both men and women. However, after doing some more research on RemarQ.com, covering the Usenet newsgroups, some notables, including Patrick Arnold, as I recall, have stated that INDEPENDENT research has shown that Tribestan does not increase production of test. And Lyle McDonald basically calls it a sham. And that studies that have been done demonstrating an increase in test have been done with hypogonadal men, not your average Joes. I would like opinions on Tribestan. It's not cheap but not overly expensive, either. Does it really work as a gainskeeper? Has anyone experienced any medicinal value from it, as a libido-enhancer or anything else? Would you recommend it for any particular purpose? Thanks. Any opinions, observations, comments, etc. are welcome. IP: Logged |

i use tribestan when i am coming off of a cycle along with the other usual things such as clomid, nolvadex, cytadren, ps, proviron...the only thing i really notice from it is that it increases my sex drive but nothing else really...i have taken it by itself also and the same results have occured...my guess is that it doesnt increase test levels but instead increases LH levels which would cause a rise in sex drive IP: Logged |

I liked it when I used it. No muscle gains, but I was horny as heck, all the time. Also, I believe that it either increases test or a related substance, because the day after I started on it my balls got this "tickling" feeling, which makes me believe that it was causing them to produce something more than they usually do. Geez! I thought I was gonna have to use the Search feature to find this post - which was made yesterday and 3 pages ago! Anyway, I'd like to bump this to see if anybody else could relate their experience with Tribestan (Tribulus). Sounds like it can't hurt, anyway. I guess I'll toss it in at the end of my "Insane-O cycle", you know, to help keep Private Thompson standing at attention. Anybody else have any remarks about this stuff? IP: Logged |
