Running long, long distances my friend. You just have to lower your b/f via cardio and a good diet. ------------------ IP: Logged |

don't eat any complex carbs after 5pm unless you plan to go to the gym after that. IP: Logged |

Cardio..cardio..and more cardio... crunches wont do shit except strengthen the abs...and since fat does absolutely nothing but sits and waits to be burned...thats all you can do with it... Up your cardio heavy...and those puppies will melt away.. later, WCP IP: Logged |

Yeah, side crunches will actually make them look bigger because the muscle is pushing the fat out even further. The only thing that gets them is long cardio. Try playing basketball for a few hours a couple times a week. It beats jogging- IP: Logged |

Unfortunately I have the same problem, I will have a solid six pack but luv handles. You will lose them it's just that they are they last place to lose fat. If you don't know your body loses fat in reverse order so if you put on fat in this order: luv handles, front of stomach, thighs, back. You will lose it in this order: back, thighs, front of stomach, luv handles. A CKD diet is the fastest way to lose them. If you take YCA (yohimbe @ .2mg/kg, caffeine 200mg, and aspirin 80mg) before morning cardio and 4 hours later take the ECA stack YOU WILL SEE RESULTS, I DID. You can eventually work your way up to takin the ECA stack 2-3 times after your morning YCA stack. Also, after you dose the YCA wait about 60-90 minutes to eat, insulin negates it's effects. quote: I do twists and back extensions along with a clean diet, which is most important here. Cardio helps tremendously as well. The twists and back extensions give you the finishing touches. Twists: I take a broom stick and keep my hips straight and I twist from side to side, slightly crunching when I twist to each side. You might want to try them sittng down, it helps keep your hips facing forward. I do in sets of 100 for 4 or 5 sets. 50 each side per set since you are alternating sides when you twist. The reason I use the broom stick and not weighted machines for the same exercise is, when you use weight, your muscles will grow, which will make your waist bigger. After doing them right, you'll begin to feel each of your obliques start to burn, don't stop! Finish each set! Back Extensions: Well you know these, don't use weight, just do them regular for however long until it starts to burn. Your love handles start at the side and run into the back. The Back Extensions will help burn that fat off around your lower back that is part of the love handles starting at your side, if you have any. Just remember, lean muscle mass burns fat! Throw in some hydroxycut, or do some kind of e/c/a stack. (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Asprin) Or try some Clenbuterol. Try either-or with a clean, high protein diet, with an efficient amount of cardio, and those twists and back extensions, and throw in your own workout for your abs, and you'll cut up like you never have before my man. Hyper-extensions for the lower back WILL help. Dont use any weight though, like 4 sets of 15-20 reps 3x per week. IP: Logged |
