I am working that schedule right now, but only take one day off. Here's my routine.

Day 1- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Day 2- Back, Traps, Biceps
Day 3- Legs, Legs, Legs
Day 4 - Off
Day 5- Same as Day 1, but light & higher reps
Day 6- Same as Day 2, but light & higer reps
Day 7- Same as Day 3,but light & higher reps

I really like this routine. Heavy during the first part of the week for size and light at the end for endurance.

I dont agree that you have to hit everything twice a week. I like my one muscle a week plan.. its been working wonders and its simple
mon chest
tues back
wed shoulders
thur legs
fri arms

and weekends are for play

Mon Chest,tris
Tues Rest
Wed Legs,legs,legs
Thurs Shoulders
Fri Back,traps,bis
This works pretty well for me, but I am always open for suggestions, to consider.

Once a week is fine. SteelBeast, why not just make it a straight push/pull routine instead of training delts w/ legs? I for one am fried after doing legs.

I'm going with the once a week idea:
Monday: Shoulders, tris
Wednesday: Back
Friday: chest, bis
Saturday: Legs, calves, abs

Everybody's different but this has worked great for me. I get about 10 days off/mo. Each muscle is trained every 4 or 5 days.
Day 1) Chest,shoulders, tris
Day 2) Legs(entire)
Day 3) Back,bis

I rotate these days like this:
Day 1
Day 2
Rest day
Day 3
Day1
Rest day
Day 2
Day 3
Rest day....and so on.

during a bulking phase i like

day 1 : chest / bis
day 2 : quads / hams
day 3 : off
day 4 : shoulders / tris
day 5 : back
day 6 : off
day 7 : repeat cycle (day 1)

calves and abs i usually do twice a week.

using the 2 on 1 off routine i find works really well for me when trying to put on beef. everyone should find what works best for themselves.

I do once a week also-

Mon- chest, tris, 1/2 hour cardio
Tues- rest
Wed- back, bis, 1/2 hour cardio
Thurs- rest
Fri- legs, shoulders, 1/2 hour cardio

Pretty basic but it works for me...
