![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ok, last week I saw the same results as week one. So I'm looking at roughly 18 pounds in two weeks, likely 8 of which is water. On a side note: I'm able to do squats and other leg routines now. Granted I'm just squating my body weight and the bar right now. But it's progress! So with this in mind, I'm considering adding some fina into the cycle just to assist as much as possible to add leg mass, unless you guys have any tips. IP: Logged |
