I am 19 yrs old and have been training for 4 years. Im 5'8" tall, weigh 195 lbs. with a 10% body fat. I used to be 240lbs. when I did powerlifting but Ive been training for physique the past 2 yrs. I cant seem to break the 10% body fat wall. Ive tried every type of diet. Ive never used gear before because I was too young. I have been told that a cycle of T3/ Clen? and E/C/A would assist me in getting lean. I know ample amount about clen and E/C/A but know nothing about T3. Can someone please enlighten me on the subject. Im also a college student and money is kind of limited until summer so can someone give me info on pirces i should expect. Thanks

I myself would not go with t3 yet as it could have severe side effects. In order to keep losing fat you must take drastic measures. It is the law of diminishing return. The more you put into it the less you get back so you have to work harder but won't lose as much fat like you would if you were at 15%bf and trying to get to 12%bf. Diet is 70% of the game.
