![]() ![]() ![]() Guys I'm really trying to broaden my shoulders. They are really thick from the few years of lifting that I've had, but I want them to be broader. I know that side laterals are supposed to help. Do you guys have any other ideas? What always worked for you? Thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think the military press owns all other shoulder exercises. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Try supersetting lateral raises with military presses. The key is the make sure u have a wide enough grip on the militaries so they really hit the medial delts. IF your grip is too close, you are just going to focus mainly on your anterior, or front, delts. Hope i helped ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I wish I had broader shoulders. The problem with mine is that my traps grow like crazy. Use a lot of laterals and pre-exhaust them with high reps. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree with/Diesel......the military press kicks for building mass overall! Alot of times I'll use dumbs and pyramid and finish with a triple drop set and a good static press. SMOKES 'EM!!!! deltman ------------------ IP: Logged |
