Im running sus/dbol right now. Well all has been well...and the start of my fourth week today I started getting some nasty ab cramps..and pains...any clue to what this is, or if it has anything to do with gear at all..??

I would also like to state that if finally hit me...and hit me hard....I have balooned like a damn doughboy...and I got the absolute worst bloating today....I dont remember drinking that much H2O in my life just to get rid of it..but....ITS ALL GOOD!!

Thanx Bros,
WCP

Maybe your kidneys or your liver?? Don't want to scare you though. One day I did a major ab workout and I hyper extended them to the point where I couldn't bend down for about a week... bad form can fuck you up.

You should know if it's internal, maybe you just stretched them the wrong way or something. Good luck man.

most likely your "weaker, stabalizers" have been on a more strenous task of keeping up with the rest of your body......

I experienced the same thing on the same cycle, all my lifts shot up quick and my stomach and lower back began cramping and having pains, I just acknowledged it, and worked through it intelligently !!! and all was good ......

you have a mineral imbalance
too much sodium
not enough pottasium and magnesium
eat some bananas every day
and get a pottasium magneisum supplement
watch you sodium intake
