The best thing that I can suggest is to not do anything that would irritate it for a few weeks and maybe go see a doc for some x-rays or an MRI.

There is an incredibly cheap supplement out on the market right now that has helped my fathers joint pains. It is called MSM and I don't think its a miracle cure but may be worth a try as it has alieviated some of his pains and is supposed to aid tissue repair around joints if I wasn't misinformed. Good luck and give it rest.

Yeah Kane is right, I hate to go the doc for BB'ing injuries. It's always the same old store.

About your shoulder, well I also suffer shoulder problem's but in my case the deca help relieve it 100%. When I have to train my chest and my shoulder hurts I get good painfree workout using a vertical pec machine. Apparently the vertical motion has less negetive resistance (???) then a heavy bar decending onto your body. It was recommended to me awhile ago and I find it works. I never use flyes or pec decks when I have sore shoulders.
All the best with your injury.

Kane i have the same thing, i think it is because your muscle is growing to fast for your ligaments and tendons and rotator cuff to keep up.

i hate to say this but lighten up a litttle punch out a few more reps and let the rest catch up

for me i went from doing behind the neck press 225 for5 to 315 for 7 damn shoulder hurt like a bitch had to do standing front shoulder presses to ease the pain

try it and let me know

I think I have the same problem. Whenever I make good gains with bench press my shoulder starts to kill me. I started doing dumbbell presses instead of using the bar. Worked great. Very little if any pain at all. When you are coming down in your motion rotate your wrists a little upward (toward your head) this takes the pressure off of your shoulder. I use dumbells for flat and incline. Hope this helps.

I myself would try some MSM and glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate. Along with these supplements I would do a lot of rotator cuff rehab. Do slow and controlled movements for your rotator cuff. Keep the reps high and squeeze hard and try to force as much blood to the area as well. I have noticed that when I do a lot of rear deltoid work my shoulders have a tremendous relief of pain.

That is good info bro's, I have been having the same problem. Hurts like a bitch at the end of my chest or shoulder workout, but goes away quickly.
