Will start my first cycle in 2 weeks, want to gain muscle and stay fairly lean (dah, know that is HARD to do) Currently bodyfat is at 5.1% I eat a very clean diet, take in 300-325 grams of protein a day but am light on carbs, only around 350 grams on a good day. Can up this some but want to keep diet clean. Based on the cycle I plan how much do I need to up my food to maximize my gains? I workout 6x a week 1 bp per day 5 exercises per bodypart 3 sets reps vary depending if lifting heavy. Thanks for any advice!!!!!

You didn't mention your weight but as a general guideline......4000 to 5000 calories/day. Man, that is low bodyfat, I envy you.

Hey man, I hope that you have alot of clomid for that cycle. Deca for 11 weeks will kill your nuts and sex drive. Take 1 tab clomid every other day throughout the entire cycle! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Thor, Ive been doing a cycle almost exactly like that except for the Winny. I'm starting week 3 right now and have already grabbed 10lbs. I have not had a prob with the Deca, in fact I must blow a load once a day otherwise I start to get angry. I did just get Clomid and have been taking it EOD and then at the end of the cycle. You will need Clomid because the old nuts start to shrink up on week one. I also found it hard to stick to a clean diet because I get violently hungry and will eat whatever is in front of me. (I just put down 6 tacos) The thing is, I do 1/2 hour cardio a day and have still kept trim (7%) so don't worry to much about keeping it clean. I did have some trouble with insomnia on week two but I found melatonin to work great for it. Good luck and keep us posted, it's a very cool cycle- Mr. T PS I almost forgot, I would ramp down the Deca a little more. Going from 400 to nothing might be a real shock to your body. (Deca Dick!!!) Thanks guys will start the Clomid at the beginning of the cycle and will taper the deca at the end. Really appreciate your help!!! Have been reading this board and its archives for a while, have really learned a lot!!! This is a GREAT place to learn what your doing!!!!!!!!! Thanks again for you advice......
