Anyone heard from this guy? just out of curiosity, he used to have some good insights on proper gear use from the posts that I remember. Anyway keep pumpin and remember to not miss a workout or you will start to turn into one of the backdoor slam..I mean backstreet boys.

The guy has a thousand things going on right now. He is also building a bigger and better info web site. He will be back with us within a month or so.
