I have heard that it just depends on your genetics as to what body parts really excel on the juice. This may not be true, but it seemed to hold true for me. My last cycle my bench went up a little, but my back and traps exploded. I have a friend who seems to be the opposite, his legs always seem to respond to juice.

I don't know your regimen, but maybe you're
doing too much bench. Also, try doing real heavy
negatives (3 count down) and explode up with
the help of your partner. Additionally
switch your program up with high and medium
intensity sessions to promote recuperation.
On medium days you can even add a machine
exercise if you like.

I agree with MP5. My shoulders, traps and legs explode...yet my chest hardly grows. Needless to say this is my weakest body part. Incorporate some close grip bench presses/rack presses in order to break through that plateau.

My bench went up 140 to 360 in 1 year without any supplements or jiuces. I've been stuck there for the past 2 months.

Hey Bro!,
Here's a trick from back in the day...old school style!!

Get 2 heavy 12 foot log chains...borrow them if you have to. Warm up and then put a weight on the bar you normally get 4 reps with, put the chains over both ends of the bar until they are touching the ground.

Get a spotter...cause your gonna do 6 reps...whether you want to or not!! NOW...as you lower the bar to your chest...more chain goes on the floor...thus the weight becomes lighter...making it easier for the negative aspect of the lift....pause and when the bar hits the chest.

NOW...explode of your chest....as the bar goes higher...more chain comes off the floor....making the weight heavier....the higher you go...the heavier it becomes....always do these slow!!

This is an old powerlifting trick...and it will work, add more chains if you can....Oh Yeah!! An added benefit....people around you will look at you as though you are a mad man.....and it does look bad as HELL BRO!!!

are you working all your upper body muscles. they all have a part more or less.

or try trenbolone acetate w/ anadrol for 4 weeks, then 4 weeks of test & deca. that should get more strength gains.

supposedly you have to work all bodyparts to get ahead. ie, your upper body might not be getting stronger because your lower body (legs) aren't up to par w/ your upper body. you might start to renotice strength gains in the upper body after your legs get a little larger.
