Okay, it seemed to me that thee 200 mcg/ml stuff I bought yesterday is a small dosage. So, I bought a bunch of 500 mcg/ml ampules of B12 today. That's the best I can do for now; no 1000mcg or 5000mcg stuff available. I'd like to rephrase the question I asked earlier on the other B12 post: If a medium-sized guy like myself was injecting B12, what would be a good dose per injection, and what would be a good injection schedule? I'm not anemic, I understand that B12 is good for you, and I'm ready to shoot some. Can anyone help? IP: Logged |

1-2 cc's a week at 1000mcg/ml
