I�m on SUS 250 @ 500 mgs a week Stacked with Winnie V all the way through. It just seems I cant work my muscles to the point where I feel it the next day like I would when I was not on the juice. Maybe someone has a site out there with training schedules out of the A/S books or something? Thanks� IP: Logged |
