Started second week of 400mg deca and 4 dbol/day and I don't know if this feeling is gyno. There's no itching, swelling, etc. but there is a tightness that I never felt before. Normally I would say it's just from chest training but chest day was 5 days ago. Although I fry chest to the max, I never had tightness linger this long. Should I start nolv or is this nothing? thx guys sp IP: Logged |

It could be that you trained harder than normal since you are on cycle and your muscles aren't used to it. I say don't do chest again untill it goes away. If it goes too much longer, you might be injured or something. ------------------ IP: Logged |

thanx cj that never occurred to me. I did go heaveir than usual. I think it was the placebo effect but because the day after I started the cycle I jumped up 20lb on the bench. I hope it is just that and not the tits. thx IP: Logged |

Is it gyno if you think your nips are hard but they aren't? It's driving me crazy, it's like a tingling feeling? sp IP: Logged |

If you've got a tingling feeling in your nips and they feel a little swollen, I say better safe than sorry and take some novaldex until the symptoms go away. You don't want to ignore it and then before you know it you're trying on your sisters B-Cup. ------------------ IP: Logged |

studcj was right..take a rest.I'm a PT/AT-C and I see tons of users get muscle pulls/tears from heavy loads. Your body is not used to the increase and it's really easy to "pop" a mucsle or cartilage. Gyno would start to show. Try standing sideways in a mirror and look at your nips. As for training..go do some flat bench dumbbell presses with 30lbs...still sore?? If so..rest up a little more.
